It really impressed me that she not only teaches the recipes, but explains the role of each ingredient and the science behind baking a cake. The cake recipes on the whole are very simple, don't require a lot of skill and can be made from ingredients in your kitchen. Athashri herself is just so absolutely sweet and patient with all our questions. Furthermore her Signature Buttercream recipe is a keeper, it is light, has just the right amount of sweetness and is absolutely smooth and creamy. This is by far one of the best workshops I've attended.

Just loved this workshop by Athashri. I really want to point out how patiently she explains the doubts. Her buttercream has to be the best eggless buttercream I have ever eaten and it is so easy to make. Plus she also explained from where we could source the ingredients.

Recipes taught by Athashri can never go wrong. No much tensions on missing out on the measurements it's that simple. Buttercream is so amazing that my customers lick there fingers until the last bite. Red velvet cupcake with cream cheese frosting is a bomb. It tastes just like from glens. I can eat it all day and night. The measurements given can be easily converted to make full cake too not only just cupcake. And today I have baked so many orders and most of them are her recipes. And soon will start my page and that's because of her motivation shared knowledge.
